  • Train for a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, or Marathon on proven training methods.
  • Consistent communication and feedback.
  • Receive personalized and easy to follow training programs designed for each individual.

  • CPR and First Aid Certified
  • Over 25 years of running and racing experience.

Written Monthly Plan: (Specific training programs provided on a monthly basis)

* One time training run with Coach to identify current running abilities to establish training pace.
* Written monthly training program with outlined specific training runs.
* Regular contact with Coach via email, text, phone to discuss training and racing goals.
* Strength training exercises and cross training to maximize performance and reduce the chance of  injuries.
* Detailed analysis of your training runs.

Monthly One-On-One Training Plan: (Written plan + once per week run with Coach)

* Initial training run with Coach to identify current running abilities to establish training pace.
* Weekly (1 hr.) one-on-one training runs with Coach.
* Additional personal one-on-one training available (see below for pricing).
* Written monthly training program with outlined specific training runs.
* Regular contact with me via email, text, phone to discuss training and racing goals.
* Strength training exercises and cross training to maximize performance and reduce the chance of injuries.
* Detailed analysis of your training runs.
